- Identifying the prospects and generating leads by calling/emails.
- Proposing our services to the clients over the calls
- To be proactive with locating and developing business

Position: Senior Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Experience:  1 to 3 years

Qualification : Graduate / MBA

Package: ₹ 3,00,000 to ₹ 3,60,000 P.A.

Location:  Delhi NCR

Requirement: 

  • Candidate must be ready to work in a Startup Culture
  • Preferably from a Training & Development industry
  • Must have an experience of generating leads through calls/ cold calling and emails.
  • Comfortable with email marketing and cold calls.
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • Should understand Professionalism

Job Description: We are primarily looking for an Inside Sales professional who can get us business by calling prospective companies, sending the emails and can do regular follow-ups.

  • Research and build a strong database of prospective clients and key decision makers.
  • Generate the database, identify prospects and propose our services to the clients over the phone.
  • Sending the proposals over the emails and follow-ups with the clients.
  • Fixing appointments for Senior Management (Heads/ CEO) with clients.
  • Regular follow-ups over the phone & emails for closing the sales.
  • To be proactive with locating and developing new business
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects.
  • Focus on achieving monthly targets.
